Everyday Casual Look: MAC Shop & Drop Palette

Hi everyone! I finally got to take good pictures for this blog :) I know the colors in this palette are not very much what a person who loves an everyday look would go for. But some might own it and not know what to do with it. So here's my take on how to create looks with this palette while incorporating some or all of the colors in it!

Everyday Casual Look:

Step 1: Always apply a good base all over the upper & lower lids, including the inner corners up to the brow bone, whether you use a paint pot or an eye primer. Then apply "hypnotizing" all over the lids up to the crease and blend the edges well with a clean blending brush.
Step 2: Using an angled eyeliner brush, apply "shop & drop" on your upper waterline and upper lash line. Then also apply it as close to the lash line starting around the inner 2/3 of the lids, making it thicker towards the outer part
Step 3: Take the same brush (you may use a tapered pencil brush) and with the same eyeshadow "shop & drop", apply it on to the outer half of the lower lid. Make sure to blend the edges to make it not look too harsh.
Step 4: Take a clean pencil brush and apply "hypnotizing" on the remaining inner half of the lower lid. You may also apply it onto the inner corners if you really want to give it a little more highlight.

Step 5: If you like that pop of color, apply a little bit of "power boosted" on the inner corners of your upper lid.

Step 6: Highlight your brow bone and inner corners with "sugar snack". If you'd like, you can line your lower waterline with a black eyeliner if you want a more intense look or you may take again "shop & drop" to line your lower waterline.
Step 7: Lastly, to finish up the look, curl your lashes and apply mascara. Then conceal your under eye area for any dark circles and also to clean up any fallouts.
So that is the final look and I hope you liked it :) My lashes are quite long and I usually use waterproof mascara to keep the curls up, but as you can see they tend to be a bit droopy here because I used the Projectionist High Definition Volume Mascara by Estēe Lauder which isn't waterproof. So if you'd like to keep the curls of your lashes, then I suggest using any of your favorite waterproof mascaras. Mine is the L'Oreal Telescopic Explosion Waterproof Mascara.

My next look will be up here in my blog soon, so hope you stay tuned! :)
